Tara M. Ramos

President | Land Development Advisor

Every great development starts with a clear strategy

As Co-Founder and President of Lighthouse Entitlement Professionals, Tara M. Ramos brings more than 15 years of experience helping clients navigate South Florida's land development process with confidence and clarity.

Her career began at Ludovici & Orange Consulting Engineers, where she advanced from receptionist to Survey Department Manager. Along the way, she developed a comprehensive understanding of platting, entitlement coordination, project scheduling, quality assurance, and regulatory approvals. Working alongside surveyors, engineers, planners, attorneys, and government agencies gave her a unique perspective on how successful projects move from concept to approval.

Today, Tara serves as a trusted advisor to property owners, developers, architects, and design professionals throughout South Florida. She is known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex regulatory processes into clear, actionable strategies. Her goal is not simply to obtain approvals, but to help clients confidently make informed decisions that support successful development from the very beginning.

Ory M. Dawes

With more than four decades of experience in South Florida's development industry, Co-Founder and Vice President Oriza "Ory" Dawes provides extraordinary operational leadership and institutional knowledge to every project.

Ory's career began in residential construction before joining Ludovici & Orange Consulting Engineers, where she spent 36 years serving in a variety of leadership and administrative roles. Her extensive experience spans construction administration, contract coordination, office management, client relations, human resources, and executive leadership, providing her with a rare understanding of both the technical and business aspects of land development.

Known for her exceptional organizational skills, institutional knowledge, and unwavering commitment to client service, Ory has built lasting relationships throughout the South Florida development community. Her ability to anticipate challenges, coordinate complex projects, and keep teams moving toward a common goal makes her an invaluable resource for clients navigating the development process.
