LEP prepares and assembles the necessary Tentative Plat package for submission, manages the processing activities, attends the municipality’s plat/technical review committee meetings on behalf of the client, and monitors the review process until approval is obtained by the County and City municipality (when required). Once the Tentative Plat is approved, our staff will track the plat’s expiration date along with all key concurrency deadlines to prevent expiration. Additionally, we handle all time extensions and resubmittals needed to keep the plat current.

Our staff prepares and assembles the Final Plat package for submission and manages the processing activities. We monitor the progress of the review by the County and/or City municipality (when required), including completing the Miami-Dade County Final Plat Punch List. Our team handles any necessary re-submittals and ensures continuous progress toward getting the Final Plat approved and recorded in the designated Public Records Office.
